The warranty period is 2 years from date of purchasing. It covers all internal damage due to defects in manufacture and more. External damage such as water damage and electrical damage due to improper use is not included.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
All expenses will be handled by us. A shipping label will be prepaid by us to be sent to the closest location for the device to be returned to our facility. According to the circumstances, we can supply you with a completely new unit or repair the existing one.
All you need to do is write to us indicating your order number or the email address that you bought with.
There is no need to sign up for our warranty coverage. You are registered by default when purchasing.
WHAT'S NOT COVERED?
All external damage due to inappropriate use is not protected by our warranty. We can always offer technical support, however, all expenses must be covered by the customer.
AFTER THE END OF THE WARRANTY
We will still offer support for any type of damages. Delivery costs, reparation costs and all other costs are to be covered by the customer.
