HOW DO I RETURN THE UNIT?

or via the contact form below.


Provide us with your order number (with the # prefix) as well as the email address you used to purchase the device.

We will provide you with a prepaid mailing label with directions for returning the unit to us.

After we receive the unit and have inspected the package, we will give you a full refund of your order. The funds may take 3 to 12 business days to appear on your account.


WHAT ITEMS ARE REFUNDABLE?

Up to 30 days from the date of reception of the device
In un-used and re-saleable condition
In the packaging with all labels intact.


WHAT ARE THE NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS?

THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED!

In the case of a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.


CAN ITEMS BE EXCHANGED?

We authorize the exchange of items purchased for selected variants. As soon as the exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be sent to you.
